This 90-minute experience gives your body the time it needs for profound relaxation. Your session begins with gentle, warming compressions and targeted stretching to unlock tight muscles, followed by a customized full-body therapeutic massage. With extended time, your therapist can work deeply into stubborn muscle layers, melting away chronic tension. Your journey concludes with craniosacral therapy for a deeply grounded, peaceful finish.
The Tension Trifecta

This specialized 60-minute session focuses entirely on the ultimate tension trifecta—head, hands, and feet. We begin with a deeply calming scalp, neck, and shoulder massage to instantly melt away mental fatigue. We release the tight, overworked muscles in your hands and forearms. A restorative foot massage targets key meridian points to completely ground your energy and soothe tired arches. This session skips the full-body massage and allows clients to remain fully clothed if desired.
